At Ricone Essentials Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return an item. Please take a moment to review our Return and Refund Policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start the return process, please contact us at support@riconeessentials.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Note that we cannot accept returns that have not been requested and approved in advance.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us right away. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., Sea Moss Gel). If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item for return, please contact us for clarification.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to follow the return process and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above for the general return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
